ESD bag + rigid box, standard courier. No cells means no UN3480 paperwork, no dangerous-goods surcharge.

Diagnosis within 48h of arrival. You approve the quoted tier before we repair. Photos on request.

Every board leaves with a functional test log. 12-month warranty on the repaired function.
Why mail-in works EU-wide: a bare BMS board is just electronics. While full packs need lithium dangerous-goods handling that makes cross-border repair impractical, your board travels as an ordinary 200 g parcel — from anywhere in the EU, for a few euros.

Complex firmware/comms boards stay individually assessed, but move to a 10 working day bench window instead of 5. That keeps Tier 1/2 throughput fast for the bulk of your volume while complex-fault boards get batched efficiently.
