The defective product is received at our service center, either delivered in person or sent by courier. We perform a free diagnostic and then inform you of the repair cost and the estimated turnaround time. The repair is carried out only after your approval.
We provide a 12-month warranty for any repair performed by us, as well as for any product purchased from Bike Boost Romania.
The product must be properly packaged using bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box, and can be shipped by courier. We frequently receive complete bicycles via courier; in such cases, bubble wrap is essential to ensure protection during transport.
Not at all. The brands listed on our website represent only the most common electric motor manufacturers. There are many electric bicycle brands on the market, and regardless of your bike’s brand, you can contact us with confidence.
For service repairs, payment is made upon completion of the repair. If the product or part was sent by courier, you may pay cash on delivery or via bank transfer. If you deliver the product in person, payment can be made in cash or by card, just like at any other retailer.
We are an authorized Bosch and Brose service center. In addition, Bike Boost is a brand of electricmura.ro, a company with nearly a decade of experience in the electronic remanufacturing market, ensuring expertise and reliability.
